EULA - End User License Agreement

The Intuwiz CNC.
License for use and distribution.

The Intuwiz CNC is shareware software. This means:

1. All copyrights to Intuwiz CNC are exclusively
owned by the author - Intuwiz Software.

2. Once registered, the user is granted a non-exclusive license to
use Intuwiz CNC on one computer (i.e. a single cpu),
for any legal purpose, at a time.The registered Intuwiz CNC
software may not be rented or leased, but may be permanently
transferred, if the person receiving it agrees to terms of this
license. If the software is an update, the transfer must include
the update and all previous versions.

3. To register program see Registration.txt.

4. Intuwiz CNC IS DISTRIBUTED "AS IS".
NO WARRANTY OF ANY KIND IS EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED. YOU USE AT YOUR
OWN RISK.THE AUTHOR WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR DATA LOSS, DAMAGES, LOSS
OF PROFITS OR ANY OTHER KIND OF LOSS WHILE USING OR MISUSING
THIS SOFTWARE.

NO LIABILITY FOR DAMAGES. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY
APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL THE AUTHOR BE LIABLE FOR ANY
DAMAGES WHATSOEVER (INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, DAMAGES FOR
LOSS OF BUSINESS PROFITS, BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, LOSS OF BUSINESS
INFORMATION, OR ANY OTHER PECUNIARY LOSS) ARISING OUT OF THE USE
OR INABILITY TO USE THE SOFTWARE, EVEN IF THE AUTHOR HAS BEEN
ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

5. You may not use, copy, emulate, clone, rent, lease, sell, modify,
decompile, disassemble, otherwise reverse engineer, or transfer the
licensed program, or any subset of the licensed program, except as
provided for in this agreement. Any such unauthorized use shall
result in immediate and automatic termination of this license and
may result in criminal and/or civil prosecution.

All rights not expressly granted here are reserved by Intuwiz CNC Software.

6. Installing and using Intuwiz CNC signifies acceptance
of these terms and conditions of the license.

7. If you do not agree with the terms of this license you must remove
Intuwiz CNC files from your storage devices and cease
to use the product.

CUSTOMER ACKNOWLEDGES THAT CUSTOMER HAS READ THIS AGREEMENT,
UNDERSTAND IT AND AGREES TO BE BOUND BY ITS TERMS AND
CONDITIONS. CUSTOMER FURTHER AGREES THAT IT IS THE COMPLETE
AND EXCLUSIVE STATEMENT OF THE AGREEMENT BETWEEN CUSTOMER
AND AUTHOR WHICH SUPERSEDES ANY PROPOSAL OR PRIOR
AGREEMENT, ORAL OR WRITTEN, AND ANY OTHER COMMUNICATIONS
BETWEEN CUSTOMER ANDTHE AUTHOR RELATING TO THE SOFTWARE.

Intuwiz Software
